Penzion Masarykova 37

Accommodation Masarykova 37 is located right in the center of the picturesque town of Hluboká nad Vltavou at the foot of the road leading to the castle. The dominant feature of the town, besides Hluboká Castle, is the Church of St. John of Nepomuk and it is about 30 meters to the boarding house Masarykova 37, which is a renovated corner house with light blue plaster and gray-blue windows. On the ground floor there is a café / bistro "Na dobré cestě", which provides hotel breakfasts for the guests, but also serves the general public. The café is run by pros in its field and started operations in May 2019.
The reconstruction of the house was completed before the summer of 2019 by craftsmen from Hluboká nad Vltavou. These masters in their field are very grateful as well as the construction supervisor, who managed the coordination of works. The aim of the reconstruction was to respect the original design and to select as much as possible the materials that would not only be suitable for the properties but also the appearance. We believe that the effort has succeeded and that you will feel well here.
 Historical information about the building says that until 1882 there was a blacksmith's shop, which was exhibited at the same time as the Podhradský farm yard and a house was built in its place. In the 60s of the 20th century there was a patisserie on the ground floor and there were flats on the 1st floor. In the time before the house was renovated, there was Mr. Kozl's butcher's shop.

Accommodation has both two-room spacious apartments for families with children as well as double rooms for guests. Total 6 accommodation units.
