On Saturday, October 9, 2021, a program for the whole family is prepared for you, in which you will learn a lot from the work of foresters. The current fight against the bark beetle calamity is transformed into the establishment, maintenance and improvement of future forests.

You can look forward to screenings of forestry films, demonstrations of museum lectures, forest pedagogy in the form of quizzes and competitions, demonstrations of manual woodworking or wood sculpting.

The program of the Forestry Day will be enriched by presentations and demonstrations of forestry equipment, including a demonstration of bringing wood closer to horses.

Visitors can see the museum's exposition and the exhibition of photographs by Helena Görner, who photographs the work of horses and carriages in the forest.
